Another major promise in the manifesto is to offer scholarships to students from OBC and SC communities in Haryana. These scholarships will help them study in government medical or engineering colleges across the country. The party also plans to build up to 10 industrial cities in the state, following the model of the industrial township in Kharkhoda.

Additionally, every Agniveer from Haryana will be guaranteed a government job, according to the BJP's manifesto. The polling date for the Haryana assembly elections has been rescheduled to October 5.
